Seller Information

The Software is provided by PICKUK LTD., a business registered in the UK, with its registered address at 143 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3TJ, England.

Ownership

The software is licensed to you, not sold. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the software in accordance with our End User License Agreement.

Purchase

All prices are shown in USD. Taxes are not currently applied at checkout but may be added in the future where required by applicable law. Additional charges from your bank or payment provider may apply.

Delivery

Once the purchase is complete, your activation codes are delivered via email to the address provided at the time of purchase, and this associated account email cannot be changed or transferred later. You are responsible for ensuring that this email address is correct and accessible for delivery of activation codes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your activation codes and must take all reasonable steps to prevent them from being disclosed to or accessed by others.

Where permitted by applicable law, you agree that once the Software has been delivered or activated, your right to cancel the purchase may no longer apply.

Refund

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date, provided that the activation code has not been used to activate the software.

If the activation code has been used to activate the software, refunds may be limited due to the digital nature of the software; however, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including in cases of material product defects.
